As a readaholic I get very excited when I find a new author. Unfortunately the holic part goes through them too fast and they just don't write fast enough for me.Mr. Canton is wonderful. He has an awesome way of combining laughter with suspense, and fantasy with reality. I only wish I had waited to find him until he had written a few more. Now I have the unpleasant task of waiting, I am not a patient person.

An omnibus of lovable stories; if there would be a a complaint about them, it would be that most of the stories are rather short. I want more of them! So, dear Simon Cantan, please write some more about the people of Bytarend -) And speaking about the stories themselves they're a bit like Pratchett, only more Irish. And not yet as mature. But it took sir Terry a while as well, so I'll be definitely following Simon Cantan. Next one, please, Simon!
Read this for free, and it was well worth the time spent reading it. A collection, it continues the story of weird happenings in Bytarend. Just enjoy it.
I have read the whole series now. Hope another one is coming soon. I enjoyed all of them. I will follow the author
I found it a delight to read. can't wait for the next book. I recommend it to anyone looking for a fun book. the characters are
likable and the story fast paced. The only negative. it was over too soon.
Held my interest after reading book #1 and I wanted to continue to find out what happened to the characters. I'm hoping the author goes on to write more in this series.
This is a fun series with some truly weird characters. This book features teddy bear type creatures that are allergic to cheese and also tend to kill people when they're threatened. This series almost gives me a "Princess Bride" feel because the characters are so odd and varied. This is a totally entertaining book and I'm off to read book 3!
