It’s amazing how many benefits we may get from practicing yoga and how many people are still not aware of that. If I knew this information 5 or 10 years ago, I would have definitely tried yoga much earlier. In my opinion, it’s very important to popularize yoga in the modern world. But the tv popularizes stupid shows, sex, and parties with alcohol instead.
I am quite new to yoga. Started at the end of last year, but still, cannot develop a yoga habit. I wanted to try it for a very long time and was procrastinating this. Surely, there are many people like me. It is very nice to stretch out your body, and get all your muscles relaxed. I do exercises at home and there is even no need to spend time and go somewhere. But you need to be motivated and goal-oriented. This book is likely to help the beginners to make these first very important steps.
p.s. Yoga poses for couples really rock. I hope we can do it with my wife soon!
